How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via our Contact Us page or email us at cammy@rshtech.cn to initiate your return. Please provide details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.​

  1. Receive Return Instructions: After contacting us, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
  2. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Drop off the package at your local post office or preferred shipping carrier.​
  3. Processing Time: Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Return Conditions

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.​

  1. Item Condition: Items must be in unused condition and include the original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.​
  2. Non-returnable Items: Free gifts and certain promotional items are non-returnable.​
  3. Return Authorization: Please contact us at cammy@rshtech.cn for return authorization before sending the item back.​
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for return packages unless the product is defective or damaged during transit, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label for return.

  4. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by Customer Service.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
